• Always keep in mind that excess of baking soda will damage the baking process, so measure the baking soda properly.
• To get a lighter & fluffier batter, apply powdered milk & water as a replacement of liquid milk.
• To resist sticking of the dough before rolling spray non-stick cooking spray on the countertop.
• While storing in the refrigerator always cover it with a plastic wrap to resist sticking contacts.
• While icing & dry creaming with shortening, use a few drops of vinegar as a substitute of butter. You will get an easy to chop texture.
