Soup is always good for our health. Without oil or extra fat it will provide us our necessary nutrients. However food lovers are not so much interested in compromising with the taste. So try the following recipe & enjoy some great taste.
Ingredients:
- Almonds- 50 gm (diced & blanched)
- Green Cardamoms- 3-4
- Water- 2 cups
- Cloves- 2-3 cups
- Basil leaves- 10-12 (diced)
- Pepper & Salt- According to taste
- Cinnamon Stick- 1
Direction:
- Take a saucepan & pour together green cardamoms along with water cinnamon, almonds & cloves.
- For almost 10-12 minutes allow it to boil.
- Strain it & add the basil leaves along with pepper & salt (for seasoning) into the liquid.
- Let it boil for another 5 minutes.
- You can add the corn-flour (in ΒΌ cup water add 1 tsp flour) if you want your soup to be more thick.
