We all are quite familiar with all types of chats. Whenever we go for shopping we just love to taste some aloo chaat, but you can also prepare this mouth watering snack at your home with some easily available ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Potato- 3-4 (boiled & skin removed)
- Cumin powder (roasted)- 1 tsp
- Chaat masala- 1 tsp
- Salt- According to taste
- Oil- 3-4 tbsp
- Tamarind chutney- 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
- Mint chutney- ½ tbsp
- Coriander leaves- 3-4 tbsp (diced)
Direction:
- Make ¾ inch cubes out of the boiled potatoes.
- Take a frying pan & heat oil.
- Fry those potatoes till they turn golden brown in colour.
- Remove from the heat & place it on the pepper towel (to soak the excess oil).
- Now place the potatoes (fried) in the bowl along with some salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder & cumin powder.
- Mix all the ingredients well & then pour the mint as well as the tamarind chutney.
- Mix again thoroughly.
- Before serving decorate with the chopped coriander.
