We food lovers always appreciate rabri at the end of our meal. If you want to make it a little healthier then add some apples into it. It will increase your nutrition value also leave you with an unforgettable taste.
Ingredients:
- Milk- 1 litre
- Apple- 3 (skin removed & grated)
- Sugar- 4 tbsp
- Pistachios- 5-6 (ashen & cut into sliced)
- Green cardamom- ΒΌ tsp
- Almond- 10-12 (chopped)
Direction:
- Take a large sized broad cooking vessel & pour milk into the vessel.
- Boil it on medium temperature & allow it to simmer till the quantity is reduced (almost half of the primordial level).
- Now pour the sugar & stir properly.
- Mix the grated apples & stir well.
- Allow it to cook for a few minutes & then add the pistachios along with the sliced almonds & cardamom powder.
- Take it off from the oven & transfer it into the serving bowl.
- Your mouth watering apple rabri is ready to spread its magic.
- To get the chilled taste you can place it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
