When you are baking something it really helps you to consume less oil. Health conscious people mostly prefer to have baked food instead of fried. So try the following preparation & enjoy the healthy as well as tasty dish.
Ingredients:
- Egg- 1 (beaten)
- Onion (minced)- 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder- 1 tsp
- Salt- As per taste
- Shrimps- ¼ kg
- Ground pepper- 1 tsp
- Chilli paste- 1 tsp
- Ginger powder- 1 tsp
- Parsley (chopped) – 1 ½ tbsp.
- Celery (minced) – 1 ½ tbsp.
Direction:
- Wash the shrimps very well (remove the skin as well as the black fine vein).
- Now take a saucepan & add some salted water in it.
- When it begins to boil then pour the cleaned shrimps for almost 5-8 minutes.
- Marinate the shrimps with all the ingredients & then put them over the greased baking tray.
- Allow it to bake for almost 30-35 minutes in a moderate temperature.
- Take it off from the oven & serve it with tasty salsa or sauces.
