In the present day health conscious people prefer to have grilled or baked foods instead of having deep fried foods. The following shrimp preparation is completely healthy as well as mouth watering too.
Ingredients:
- Onion- 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Shrimps- ¼ kg
- Egg- 1 (beaten)
- Salt- As per taste
- Celery- 1 ½ tbsp.
- Garlic powder- 1 tsp
- Parsley- 1 ½ tbsp.
- Ginger powder- 1 tsp
- Ground Pepper- 1 tsp
- Chilly paste- ¼ tsp
Direction:
- Remove the skin of the shrimps as well as the vein & wash it well.
- In a boiling salt water let these shrimps boil for almost 5-8 minutes.
- Pour all the other ingredients with the boiled shrimps.
- Now take a baking plate & grease it well.
- Add the whole shrimp mixture into the baking plate.
- Allow it to bake for almost 30-35 minutes in a moderately heated oven.
- Take it off from the oven & your baked shrimp is ready to serve.
