Usually when we want to prepare some chutney we prefer the tomatoes or green mangoes, but this time you have a different option. Pick bananas for your chutney preparation.
Ingredients:
- Banana- 6
- Ground cloves- 2
- Big cardamom- 2
- Red chilli pepper- ½ tsp
- Sugar- 1 ½ cup
- Raisin- 4 tsp
- Almond (blanched)- 4 tsp
- Salt- 3 tsp
- Vinegar- ¾ cup
Direction:
- Remove the skin & mince the banana.
- Take a medium sized saucepan & cook the minced banana along with the sugar & vinegar.
- Stir continuously till the sugar melts completely.
- Take it off from the oven & add the salt along with the red chilli powder, ground spices, almond & raisins.
- Stir well to mix all the ingredients properly & then allow it to cool down.
- Place it into the glass jar & fix the cover firmly.
- Serve the preparation after almost 2 days.
