There are plenty of options that you will get when its time to prepare a soup. However we always want to do something different as well as tasty too. Try the following almond-basil preparation & enjoy something different.
Ingredients:
- Cloves- 3-4
- Cardamoms (green)- 3-4
- Water- 2 cups
- Almond- 50 gm (skin removed & chopped)
- Salt- As per taste
- Basil/tulsi- 10-12 leaves (diced)
- Pepper- According to taste
Direction:
- Take a saucepan & for almost 10-12 minutes boil the water along with green cardamoms, cinnamon, chopped almonds & cloves.
- Strain the liquid & pour the basil leaves along with pepper & salt.
- Now let it boil again for almost 5-6 minutes.
- To get the thick texture you can pour corn flour (mix with ΒΌ cup of water) into the liquid.
