Instead of buying various pies from the market we can easily prepare them in our homes. We just need a little more patience & some easy to get ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Almond extract- 1 tsp
- Cherry pie filling- 21 oz can
- Pastry shell (baked) – 1
- Condensed milk (sweetened)- 14 oz
- Toasted almonds
- Whipping cream- 1 ½ cup (whipped)
- Baking chocolate (unsweetened)- 4 oz
Direction:
- Take a pan & place it over moderate heat.
- Now liquefy the chocolate along with the condensed milk (sweetened).
- Pour the almond extract & stir properly.
- Take it off from the oven & transfer it into a bowl.
- Allow it to cool down well & start to beat until you get the smooth texture.
- Add the whipped cream.
- Now put the mixture into those ready pastry shells.
- Let it chill to get the set look (for almost 4 hours).
- Use the cherry pie filling before serving.
- Remember to decorate with toasted almonds just before serving.
