If you want to kick off the meal with some enchanting flavour then this is your option. For some excellent appetizer try this boti kebab & experience some great satisfaction.
Ingredients:
- Meat- 200gm (lamb)
- Yoghurt- ½ cup
- Garlic flakes- 4-5
- Ginger- 2 inch
- Onion- 1 (large size)
- Salt- as per taste
- Cloves- 5-6
- Cumin powder- ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder- As much heat you can enjoy
- Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
- Coriander- ½ tsp
- Onion (for garnishing)- 1 (cut into ring shapes)
Direction:
- Firstly clean the meat well & chop into cubes.
- In your food processor/blender add the garlic along with the turmeric, red chilli, onion, cumin, coriander & ginger.
- Use the mixture to marinate the cubes (meat).
- Leave it for almost an hour.
- Now use the skewers to stick the meat cubes.
- For almost 20-30 minutes grill the sticks.
- Before serving, garnish the kebabs with the onion rings.
