In restaurants we love to order chicken wings as an appetizer, now its time to get the taste of restaurant in your own home.
Ingredients:
- Ground black pepper- 1 dash
- Hot sauce- ¼ cup
- Butter- ¼ cup
- Oil- 5-6 tbsp
- Chicken wings- 10
- Salt- As per taste
- Cayenne pepper- ¼ tsp
- Paprika- ¼ tsp
- Garlic powder- 1 dash
- All purpose flour- ½ cup
Direction:
- Take a medium sized saucepan combine together pepper along with the garlic, hot sauce & butter.
- Place it on low temperature.
- Stir well till the butter gets dissolved completely.
- Take it off from the heat & keep it separately.
- In another bowl add the paprika along with the flour, salt & cayenne pepper.
- Keep the chicken wings into a large sized glass dish & pour the flour mixture on the wings.
- Make sure that the all wings are well coated.
- Enwrap the dish & put into refrigerator for almost 80-90 minutes.
- Heat oil on high temperature, to almost 375 degree Fahrenheit and fry the coated chicken wings for almost 10-15 minutes till they turn brown.
- Shift from the heat & transfer them into the serving bowl.
- Pour the mixture of hot sauce & stir well before serving.
