For cooking cauliflower we mostly use several spices, but this time try something a bit different. Use milk powder in your cauliflower preparation & taste the difference.
Ingredients:
1 cup- Cauliflower (chopped into small florets)
2- Tomato (paste)
1 cup- Onion paste
½” pieces- Ginger
As per taste- Salt
3 pearls- Garlic
½ cup- Milk powder
½ tsp- Red chilli powder
2-3- Green chilli
1 tsp- Turmeric powder
4-5 tbsp- Oil
1 tsp- Garam masala powder
Direction:
Use the food processer to make a smooth paste of green chillies along with garlic & ginger.
Take a frying pan & heat oil in it.
Add the paste (garlic-ginger-green chilli), & fry it.
Now pour the onion paste & fry it till it turns golden brown in colour.
Pour the tomato paste along with chilli powder, garm masala powder, salt & turmeric powder.
Stir well to mix the ingredients properly.
Let it cook for almost 4-5 minutes.
Take a small bowl & with the help of water make a semi solid paste of milk powder & pour in the mixture.
Again cook it for 5-10 minutes.
Now add the cauliflower florets & stir properly.
Add water & cover the top.
Allow it cook till the cauliflowers are tender.
Remove from the heat & transfer it to the serving dish.
If you want you can garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
