If you are planning to surprise your family with some new weekend breakfast then this is a good option. With some minimum effort you can give your family an outstanding taste.
Ingredients:
Whole meal flour- 3 tea cup
Cauliflower (small size)- 2
Onion (minced)- 1
Green chilli- 2 diced
Salt- As per taste
Coriander- 1 tbsp (minced)
Ginger- 1 tsp (diced)
Coriander- cumin powder- 1 ½ tsp
Direction:
Cut the cauliflower into medium pieces & then grate the pieces.
Add a little bit of salt & stir well to mix properly.
Keep aside for about 15-20 minutes.
With the use of flour make a tight dough.
Make medium sized dumplings with the dough.
Stuff each dumpling with grated cauliflower & close the edges.
With the help of rolling pin make a round shape paratha.
Now take a tava/skillet & heat on medium temperature.
Add ghee & fry those parathas. Turn the paratha from time to time to fry the other side.
Allow it to fry till turn golden brown in colour.
Serve it with achar or chutney.
