This is very popular dish of Peshawar and made with mince of mutton and beef combined with different species. It is very delicious and healthy dish and it’s very simple to make.
Ingredients:
- Mince – 1/2 kg
- Onion (chopped) – 1/2 cup
- Tomato (chopped) – 1/2 cup
- Tomato – 6 to 8 slices
- Corn flour – ½ cup
- Eggs – 1
- Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Pomegranate seeds – ½ tb
- Ajwain seeds – ¼ tsp
- Coriander seeds – 1 tb
- Red chilies (chopped) – 1 tb
- Salt – according to taste
- Green chilies – 3 to 5
- Oil for fry
Direction:
- Mix all ingredients properly.
- Marinate it for 4 to 5 hours.
- Heat oil in large fry pan.
- Fry kabab until well done.
- Serve it with chutni of imli and Nan.
