It’s a delicious and easy to cook dish.
Ingredients:
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Ginger paste – 2 tsp
- Coriander – ½ cup
- Green chilies – ¼ cup
- Red chilies – 1 tsp
- Salt according to taste
- Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Oil – ¾ cup
- Yogurt – 1 cup
Direction:
- Pour oil in karahi and heat it.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and cook it for 5 minutes.
- When paste of ginger and garlic turn to red pour chicken into it.
- Cook it for 10-12 minutes and add all specie and yogurt in it
- Cook till yogurt gets dry.
- Take it from the flame.
- Serve garnish with green chilies and coriander with Nan.
