Cookies with coffee are always a charming combination. Especially in winter it’s really a mood enhancer.  So try these two ingredients together to get some charming taste.

Ingredients:

• Cold coffee- ¾ cup
• Vanilla- 1 tsp
• Cloves- 1 tsp
• Baking powder- 1 tsp
• Nuts- ½ cup (minced)
• Cinnamon- ½ tsp
• Raisins- ½ cup (minced)
• Flour- 2 cup
• Baking soda- ½ tsp
• Sugar- 1 cup
• Egg-1 (beaten)
• Shortening- ½ cup
• Salt- ¼ tsp

Direction:

• To create a cream mixture mix the sugar along with the shortening thoroughly.
• Add eggs & mix them well again.
• Now mix together baking powder along with flour, cinnamon, baking soda, cloves & salt.
• To make a dough (out of the flour mixture) use the coffee.
• Add vanilla, nuts as we all raisins.
• If needed, then you can add some more flour to prepare the cookie dough.
• Use the greased baking sheet to drop the cookie dough.
• For almost 10-15 minutes bake it at 400 degree F temperature.
