Ingredients:
- Flour- 2 cup
- Salt- ¼ tsp
- Sugar- 1 cup
- Egg- 1 (well beaten)
- Baking soda- ½ tsp
- Shortening- ½ cup
- Cold coffee- ¾ cup
- Cinnamon- ½ cup
- Vanilla- 1 tsp
- Cloves- 1tsp
- Nuts- ½ cup (diced)
- Raisins- ½ cup (minced)
Direction:
- To prepare a creamy mixture pour together sugar along with the shortening mix.
- Now add the beaten eggs & mix them properly.
- Add the baking soda along with cloves, flour, cinnamon, salt & baking powder.
- Pour the coffee alternatively.
- Mix crushed nuts along with vanilla & raisins.
- Stir well to mix all the ingredients well.
- For creating cookie dough, if necessary you can add more flour.
- Prepare a greased baking sheet & drop the cookie dough.
- At 400 degree F for almost 10-15 minutes allow them to bake.
