• To get the best cookie you need to lower the salt in the preparation & for that you can use the unsalted butter.
• Try to use ingredients once they come down to room temperature. If you keep some of the ingredients in the freezer then you need to defrost them till they come down to the room temperature.
• To resist the burn at the bottom of the cookies, make sure that the cookie sheets that you place in the oven should be minimum 2 inches on all sides to get the proper circulation of air.
