In this age of globalization you can easily get whatever you want. So preparing enchiladas is not a big deal. With some genuine ingredients you can easily give your family some international dishes.
Ingredients:
- Green onion- 1 (chopped)
- Picante sauce- 1cup
- Chicken soup cream- 1cup
- Tomato (medium sized)- 1 (diced)
- Flour tortilla- 10 (8 inches & hot)
- Sour cream- 8 oz
- Chilli powder- 2 tsp
- Monterey jack cheese- 1 cup (shredded)
- Chicken- 2 cups (diced as well as cooked)
Direction:
- Take a medium sized bowl & mix together chilli powder along with sour cream, coup & picante sauce.
- In another bowl add cheese as well as picante sauce mix (1 cup) & chicken.
- Over the tortilla (at the down centre) spread the chicken mixture on every tortilla.
- Roll these tortillas well & put it on a baking dish.
- Now pour the left over picante sauce.
- Cover the baking dish & allow it to bake for almost 40 minutes at 350 degree F.
- Before serving, sprinkle tomato as well as onion over it.
