Ingredients:
- Eggs- 4
- Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
- Salt- As per taste
- Garam masala- Little bit
- Green chillies- 2-3 (minced)
- Garlic flakes- 1-2 (minced finely)
- Cooking oil
- Pepper- According to taste
- Ginger 1/4 ” – minced finely
Direction:
- Take a frying pan & heat over medium flame.
- Pour the green chillies along with onions, garlic & ginger.
- Stir well & let it fry till it turns brown in colour.
- Now take the frying pan off the flame & add the garam masala along with the eggs, pepper & salt.
- Stir properly & place it again over the heat.
- Fry well until the mixture gets thicker as well as brown in colour.
