We are mostly familiar with chicken drumstick, but it’s a little different with some lovely taste. Just try this and you will realise the difference.
Ingredients:
Eggs- 4
Onion- 200 gm minced
Drumsticks- 4
Garlic-ginger paste-30 gm
Curry leaves- 5-8
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp
Green chillies- 2-3
Tomato- 100 gm
Tamarind- 30 gm
Salt- as per taste
Oil- 100 gm
Cumin powder- 1/2tsp
Cilantro- 2 small size bunches.
Direction:
Boil the eggs properly & take off the shells.
Use sharp utensil (like- knife) to create horizontal marks.
Take a pan & heat oil. Add salt , drumsticks & onion.
Stir & fry properly.
Now add garlic-ginger paste along with turmeric, chilli powder, curry leaves, green chillies, tamarind & water.
Mix all the ingredients properly & let it cook for almost 10-15 minutes.
Add the boiled eggs & pour the tomatoes.
Mix well & allow it to cook for more than 10-15 minutes on medium temperature.
Remove from heat & transfer to the serving bowl.
Garnish with cilantro & the dish is ready.
