This dish is very easy to cook and very widely appreciated by food lovers.
Ingredients:
Eggs- 8
Onion (medium)- 1 sliced
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Oil-5-6 tbsp
Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Coriander leaves- to garnish
Yoghurt- 1 tbsp
Kasoori methi- 1 tsp (mix with milk)
Garam masala powder- ½ tsp
Make a paste of:
Ginger- 1 medium piece
Garlic cloves- 3-4
Onion- 1 (small)
Curd- 1 tbsp
Clove/long- 2
Cardamom-2-3
Make another paste of:
Cashew- 10-12
Tomatoes- 1 ½ small
Direction:
Boil the eggs properly & take off their skin.
Slit the egg and keep in a separate dish
Now take a kadai/Chinese wok and heat oil in it. Add the sliced onion and fry till they turn brown.
Add the 1st masala paste and stir. Let it fry for around 10-12 minutes.
Now add cumin, turmeric, chilli, coriander powder and fry again.
Remove from heat and rub the mixture all over the sliced eggs.
Put these egg pieces in the kadai again and heat on medium temperature.
To make the gravy pour enough water, tomato-cashew paste and beaten curd.
Let the water dry to make thick gravy.
Sprinkle garam masala powder and add kasoori methi.
Allow it to cook for 5-10 minutes more. Take it off from the heat.
Garnish the top with coriander leave & the dish is ready to serve.
