This non veg snack is always a great choice for starting your evening. With easily available ingredients this dish is not very complicated to prepare. At the same time you can prepare some exceptionally good dish with a minimal effort.
Ingredients:
Egg (boiled) – 4
1 cup- Gram flour
½ cup- sliced onion
1-2 chopped green chilli
Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp (finely sliced)
1 tsp- Soya sauce
Red chilli powder- As much taste you can enjoy.
Salt- According to taste.
4-5 tbsp- vegetable oil
Direction:
Take medium sized bowl & mix gram flour, salt & red chilli powder.
Pour water in the mixture & stir well.
Now add green chillies, onions, soya sauce, coriander leaves & mix them properly.
Take the boiled eggs & cut them into 3-4 pieces (for each egg).
Now heat the oil on medium temperature.
Take each egg piece, plunge it briefly into the batter & place it in the pan.
Fry the pieces till they turn golden-brown in colour.
Remove from the oil & place them in a serving plate & serve hot with sauce or chatni.
