Instead of having the same old salad, this time taste something different made with some easy to get ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes- 2 (boiled)
- Black pepper- According to taste
- Tomato- 1 (sliced thinly into ring shaped)
- Lemon juice- 2 tsp
- Eggs- 6 (boiled fully)
- Capsicum- 1 (sliced finely into ring like shapes)
- Onion-1 (finely sliced into ring like shapes)
- Coriander leaves- for Garnishing (diced)
- Salt- As per taste
Direction:
- Firstly chop the boiled eggs into halves.
- Now remove the egg yolk & crush along with potatoes (boiled).
- Pour the chopped coriander along with salt, lemon juice & pepper.
- Now stuff the half eggs with the mixture.
- Transfer the stuffed eggs into the serving dish.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped capsicum along with onion, coriander & tomatoes.
