Though preparing an egg dish with spinach sound little wired, however it will truly do justice with the taste. So try the following dish & taste something different.
Ingredients:
- Butter- 1 tbsp
- White sauce- 100 ml
- Spinach- 200 gm
- Salt- According to taste
- Cheese (grated) – 10 gm
- Eggs- 2 (boiled as well as chopped)
Direction:
- Take a medium sized vessel & place it over medium temperature.
- Add butter & let it melt.
- Pour the minced spinach along with salt.
- Cover the vessel & allow the spinach to cook well.
- Take it off from the oven & spread the cooked spinach over a small sized pyrex plate.
- Now scatter the grated cheese over it.
- Place the chopped eggs along with the white sauce.
- For almost 3-4 minute put the dish in a preheated oven.
