If you want to try some innovative dishes with egg to surprise your egg loving family, then just prepare this dish.

Ingredients:
Vegetable oil- 3-4 tbsp
Onion- 2 oz (diced)
Ginger (Grated)- 1 inch piece
Single cream- ½ pt
Green chilli- 1 (minced)
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Cayenne- 1/8 tsp
Salt- As per taste
Ground roasted cumin- 1 tsp
Garam masala- ¼ tsp
Tomato (paste)- 1 tsp
Chicken stock- ¼ pt
Boiled egg- 7-8 (chopped in half)
Coriander- 1 tbsp (optional)
Direction:
Take a large frying pan or kadai & heat oil on medium temperature.
Add the onions & stir. Allow it to fry till it turns golden brown in colour.
Now add the chilli along with ginger & stir again.
Add the lemon juice along with cream, cayenne, salt, roasted cumin, chicken stock, tomato paste & garam masala.
Stir properly to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Place the eggs (cut into half) with the cut portion up.
Use the spoon to spread the sauce on the halved eggs.
Remove from the heat & transfer to a serving dish.
Decorate with the coriander leaves before serving.
