Fish is known for its healthy nutrients. It’s a rich supplier of various valuable nutrients. So try the following fish preparation & experience some healthy as well as tasty dish.
Ingredients:
- Bread crumbs- ½ cup
- Eggs (beaten) – 2
- Oil- For frying
- Ingredients for adding together for patties:
- Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
- Salt- As per taste
- Potatoes- 2 (boiled as well as crushed)
- Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
- Garam masala- ½ tsp
- Codfish- 250 grm (cooked & chopped)
- Garlic flakes -3 (paste)
- Onions (small sized) – 1 (minced finely)
- Green chillies- 3-4 (chopped)
- Ginger- 1/2″ inch (paste)
Direction:
- Pour the beaten eggs (1/2) into the patties mixture & then mix them properly.
- Now prepare small sized rolls out of the mixture & then use your hand to make it flat.
- Take a frying pan & heat oil over moderate temperature.
- Plunge the patties into the beaten eggs & roll it over the bed of bread crumbs.
- Deep fry it until it turns golden brown in colour.
- Take it off from the flame & serve hot.
- If you want you can serve it with wafers too.
