We love to eat kheer & when it comes with different fruits the taste is enhanced automatically.
Ingredients:
- Banana- 2 (large sized, skin removed & chopped finely)
- Saffron strands- ½ tsp
- Sugar- 2 tsp
- Santras/orange- 2 (large size, skin removed)
- Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
- Salt- As per taste
- Freshly ground black pepper- ½ tsp
- Plain yoghurt- 140 ml
Direction:
- Take a large sized bowl & combine together yoghurt along with the sugar, salt, red chilli powder & pepper.
- Now pour the santras along with the bananas & mix them properly.
- Take tsp water & melt the saffron in it.
- Now scatter the water on the food before serving.
