Ingredients:
- Strawberries- 2 cup (chopped)
- Banana- 2 cup (chopped)
- Honey- 1 tsp
- Apple- 1 cup (skin removed & sliced)
- Ice cubes- ½ cup
- Pineapple/papaya- 2 cup (sliced)
Direction:
- Take a blender & pour the sliced strawberries along with the banana, honey, papaya/pineapple, ice cubes & apples.
- Blend well till you get the smooth texture.
- When the blending is complete pour in it a glass & serve with your morning breakfast.
