Brownie is always considered as a mouth watering treat by food lovers. Especially kids love to have chocolate brownie. When you prepare brownie in a fudge pie style then it will get some different charm altogether. So try the following preparation to get the mouth watering taste.
Ingredients:
- Butter- ¼ cup
- Bisquick- ½ cup
- Unbaked pastry shell- 1-9 inch
- Condensed milk- 14 oz (sweetened)
- Eggs- 2
- Walnuts- 1 cup (diced)
- Chocolate chips- 6 oz (semisweet)
- For Topping- Chocolate Ice Cream
- Vanilla Extract- 1 tsp
Direction:
- At 375 degree F in a preheated oven for almost 10-12 minutes bake the pastry shell.
- Take it off from the baking oven & keep it separately.
- Now over the low temperature melt the butter along with chocolate chips in a frying pan.
- Take a mixture bowl & pour together eggs along with bisquick, butter mixture, vanilla extract & condensed milk.
- Mix well till you get the smooth texture.
- Add the chopped walnuts & mix again.
- Pour the mixture into the baked pastry shells.
- For almost 40-45 minutes allow it to bake (until the center fixes well).
- Remove from the oven & allow it to cool down.
- Before serving place a scoop of chocolate ice cream over every shell.
