Getting ideas for finger foods is not that easy all the time, especially when you invite people to your place & just get confused about what to prepare for finger foods. The following recipe will definitely provide you some help for getting rid of such confusing situation.
Ingredients:
- Butter- 1 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic paste- 3 tbsp
- Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
- Lamb meat- 1 kg (diced)
- Salt- According to taste
- Raw papaya paste- 3 tbsp
- Oil- For frying kebabs
- Chana dal/lentils- ½ cup (roasted little bit)
- Garam masala- ¼ tsp (powder)
- Onion- Thinly sliced
Direction:
- Take a medium sized bowl & pour together all the ingredients (diced meat too).
- Mix them well & for almost 2 hours place it into your refrigerator.
- Remove from the refrigerator & prepare small sized patties out of the mixture.
- Heat oil in a kadai/Chinese wok & deep fry these small patties.
- You can serve this finger food with mint chutney as well as a few onion rings & chopped coriander.
