You can easily get different types of chutney in your nearest market, but preparing such things at home has its own mouth watering charm. So try the following garlic preparation & enjoy some real fun.
Ingredients:
- Oil- 4 tsp
- Salt- According to taste
- Garlic- 4 pods
- Red chillies- 19-20 (roasted)
- Tamarind- Little bit
- Coconut- 2 cups (grated)
Direction:
- For almost 2 hours allow the tamarind to soak in water & then use strainer to filter it (preparing tamarind pulp).
- Heat oil over medium temperature & add garlic along with grated coconut.
- Transfer the tamarind pulp along with the sautéed mixture & roasted red chillies in your blender.
- Mix them well.
- Pour a little bit of salt & garlic again & blend to get the smooth texture.
