Ginger ale is something that will provide you with an excellent tasty drink without any extra calories. Instead of having coloured cold drinks try to prepare it at home and enjoy the taste.
Ingredients:
- Sugar- 2 kg
- Potassium meta bi sulphate- ΒΌ tsp
- Lemon- 1kg
- Water- 1 kg
- Ginger- 100 gm
Direction:
- Take a sauce pan & pour water along with the sugar.
- Boil it over medium temperature till the sugar syrup is prepared completely.
- Take it off from the oven.
- Allow it to cool down & then add the lemon juice.
- Now pour the grated ginger.
- Stir well to mix all the ingredients well.
- Use the strainer to filter the liquid.
- Before keeping it in a bottle pour the potassium meta bi sulphate.
