We are familiar with non veg keema, but this time it is a little different. It is cauliflower keema. With some extraordinary flavour it will definitely surprise you with its intense taste.
Ingredients:
Cauliflower- 1 medium size (minced)
Ginger- 1 piece (small size)
Onion- 2 medium size (diced)
Green chilli- 2
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Salt- As per taste
Tomato- 2 (medium size)
To garnish- fresh dhania/coriander leaves (optional)
Direction:
Take a pressure cooker & heat oil.
Add the chopped onions & ginger paste.
Sprinkle salt & stir to mix properly.
Fry till the onions turn golden in colour.
Add the cauliflower pieces when the onion becomes golden.
Fry properly & then add tomato.
Stir for a while & pour water to boil.
Cover the top & allow it to cook for almost 15 – 18 minutes on low temperature.
Remove from the heat & let it cool.
Open the cover & crush the gobi/cauliflower pieces with the spoon.
Decorate the top with garam masala & coriander leaves.
Serve with plain rice or roti.
