Ice cream is always quite appreciated by food lovers & when you mix the chocolate syrup with it then it becomes an irresistible dessert to have.
Ingredients:
- Peanut butter- ¾ cup
- Ice cream sandwiches- 19
- Chocolate syrup- 16 ounce
- Salted peanuts- 1 cup
- Frozen whipped topping (thawed)- 12 ounce
Direction:
- Take a microwave safe bowl & add the chocolate syrup into it.
- Now heat the bowl on high microwave for almost 2 minutes.
- Make sure that the syrup is not boiling.
- Pour the peanut butter into the hot syrup & stir well until you get the smooth texture.
- Let it cool down to room temperature.
- Take a 9×13 inch dish & use the stratum of the ice cream sandwiches for lining the bottom.
- Now on the top of the sandwiches spread the (half) whipped cream (thawed).
- Apply almost half of the whole chocolate mixture on the top & the half of the peanuts.
- Reiterate the stratum.
- Let it freeze completely & then before serving chop it into squares.
