If you are out of ideas for finger snacks, then here is your solution. With some minimum as well as easy to get ingredients you can easily prepare some mouth watering snacks.
Ingredients:
- Oil- For fry
- Kaccha kela/Plantain- 4
- Chat masala- 1 tsp
- Coriander- 1 tsp (finely chopped)
- Chilli sauce- 1 tsp
- Fenugreek chutney- 1 tsp
Direction:
- Firstly remove the skin & then chop it finely (almost like chips).
- For almost 30 minutes soak them in cold water.
- Heat oil in a frying pan/ kadai over medium temperature & fry the banana slice till it turns golden brown in colour.
- Place them separately.
- With the fried banana slices mix the meethi/fenugreek chutney along with chilly chutney.
- Transfer them into the serving plate.
- Use the chopped coriander for garnishing.
- Before serving sprinkle the chat masala.
