Lamp preparation is one of the most mouth-watering non-veg dishes. However to make it really tasty you need to be aware of the perfect process. The following recipe will help you to cook the lamb perfectly.
Ingredients:
- For preparing a paste:
- Ginger- 1.5″
- Garlic flakes- 7-8
- Cardamom (black) – 2
- Cinnamon- A small piece
- Onion (medium size) – 2
- Cloves- 2-3
- For another paste:
- Tomatoes- 1 lb
- Red chillies- 7-8 (or as much heat as you can enjoy)
- Salt- As per taste
- Cooking oil- As much required
- Cumin powder- ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves- minced
- Coriander powder- 2 tsp
- Lamb- 1 lb (chop into small size portions)
Direction:
- Take a frying pan & heat oil over moderate temperature.
- Now pour the first paste & stir well until it cooks well.
- Add the second past & again stir well.
- Let it cook until all the water has evaporated & oil starts to be buoyant.
- Pour the powders & allow it to fry for almost a minute.
- According to taste add the salt & diced coriander leaves.
- As per requirement add the water & let it cook for almost 10-15 minutes.
- Let the gravy become thick (also make sure that the lamb is cooked well) & take it off from the oven.
