Ingredients:
Mutton- 500 gm
Spinach leaves- 1 bunch
Salt- As per taste
Oil- 3-4 tbsp
Tomato puree- 2 tbsp
Ingredients for paste:
Ginger- 1-2 tsp
Garlic- 1-2 tsp
Onion- 3 medium size (paste)
Dust ingredients:
Garam masala- ½ tsp
Coriander- 1 tsp
Cumin- ½ tsp
Khus khus- 1 tsp
Chilli- as much heat you can enjoy
Direction:
Wash the spinach leaves properly & boil.
When boiled properly transfer the boiled spinach in a food processer & make a smooth liquid.
Take a frying pan & heat oil.
Fry the onions till they turn golden brown in colour.
Pour the ginger & garlic paste. Let it fry for 3-4 minutes.
Now add salt, chilli powder, khus khus & mutton.
Stir well to mix properly & simmer till they turn brown.
Add tomato puree along with cumin powder, coriander powder & blended spinach.
Cover the top & let it cook well.
Stir the mixture from time to time.
Scatter the garam masala & stir.
Let it cook for a few more minutes & then remove from the heat.
Serve the dish with plain rice or roti or naan.
