Pudding is always a great option for dessert. Usually people love the taste of coffee & when you mix it with lemon then it results in something a little different. So try the following coffee lemon combination for your pudding & satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients:

• Sugar -3 tbsp.
• Coffee- 1 tsp
• Fresh cream- 2 cups
• Lemon jelly (packet) – 1

Direction:

• Take a saucepan & pour 2 cups of water into it.
• Let it boil over medium temperature & allow the jelly to liquefy into it.
• Allow it to mix well & then take it off from the oven & cool it down completely.
• Put a little amount of jelly into a tin & place the tin in your refrigerator for a few times.
• Now add the coffee into the unused jelly & place it separately in your refrigerator.
• Ground the sugar & use your blender to blend it with cream.
• Add the coffee mixture with the sugar mixture.
• Now spread the whole mixture on top of the jelly (placed in a tin). & place it again in your refrigerator for making it firm.
• When it set well, then serve chilled.
