Salad is always considered as a healthy food, especially when you prepare it with various vegetables. It also adds little more taste in your meal. So try the following salad preparation & enjoy some healthy as well as tasty treat.
Ingredients:
- Carrot- 3-4
- Capsicum- 1
- Lemon juice- 1
- Salt- According to taste
- French beans- 50 gm
- Cabbage (small size) – 1
- Black pepper- As per taste
- Green chillies- 2 (vertically silted)
- Broccoli- 100 gm (chopped into florets)
- Coriander leaves- For garnishing (diced)
Direction:
- Chop all the vegetables & then wash them properly under running water.
- Now steam or boil them in a pressure cooker or a saucepan.
- Transfer the boiled vegetables in a serving plate & pour together lemon juice along with tomatoes, pepper, green chillies & salt.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
