It may be holi or some other festivals, we Indians always prepare some special sweets for festivals. Mysore pak is something very tradition, but its rich flavour is always appreciated by people of all age groups.
Ingredients:
Sugar- 2 cup
Bengal gram- 1 cup
Water- ½ cup
Ghee (purified butter)- 1 cup
Direction:
Take a medium sized container & mix the flour along with small amount of ghee.
In a saucepan pour water & mix sugar in it.
Heat it on medium temperature, until you get the desired consistency.
Gently add the flour.
Stir continuously so that no lumps can appear.
When it dissolves completely pour the ghee.
Don’t forget to stir.
Allow it to cook for 5-7 minutes (till the ghee forces apart).
Transfer in a greased dish & spread evenly.
Now cut this solid mixture in square shapes.
