• To avoid the food getting hot or cold while you are cooking outside always remember to keep cold foods in refrigerator & for hot foods, serve it immediately after cooking.
• For a long time don’t put the food out of the cool box or refrigerator.
• Foods that contain diced meat should be cooked thoroughly without any pink bits.
• Defrost the frozen non vegetarian items overnight before cooking.
• Place separately cooked & raw items to maintaining the hygiene & keep them from getting contaminated.
• While dealing with raw fish or meat or poultry always clean your hands properly.
• To cook the food evenly, always turn the food from time to time in barbecue.
• Always use separate containers for different dishes or clean them before the second preparation. For cutlery also follow the same method.
• For marinating purposes, don’t use the same ingredients that you have already used on raw meat. Make sure that you have separate ingredients of separate batches.
• Don’t mix the whole non veg items while marinating, always keep them separate.
• For raw ingredients (chopping purpose) always use separate cutting boards.
• Make sure that the raw foods are stored in a container with tight cover.
• Almost after 2 hours remove the foods from the serving table & place them in the refrigerator or throw them out. Don’t leave them around.
• Don’t forget to wash the barbecue properly after every use.
