Especially in holidays we love to have puris or parathas. However those turn out to be quite oily. So try the following preparation for getting something healthy as well as tasty.
Ingredients:
- Oil- 2 tsp
- Onion- 2 (sliced)
- Paneer/cottage cheese- 4 tbsp (crumbled)
- Salt- As per taste
- Green chillies- 1-2 (minced)
- Spinach- 4 cups (minced finely)
Direction:
- Take a frying pan or kadai & heat oil over medium temperature.
- Add the chopped onions & let it sauté for almost 1 minute.
- Pour the minced chillies & stir well for a few seconds.
- In a separate vessel boil the spinach well.
- Take it off from the flame & drain the water.
- Add the salt along with the paneer into the whole mixture.
