When you have invited vegetarian people at your home & is confused about what you should prepare, then this is your perfect solution.
Ingredients:
- Sugar- 1 tsp
- Cashew -nut paste- ¼ cup
- Tomato- 1 cup (diced)
- Yellow capsicum- 1 cup (minced)
- Fresh cream- ½ cup
- Garlic- 1 tsp (thinly sliced)
- Paneer cube- 200 gm
- Salt- According to taste
- Refined oil- 3-4 tbsp
- Tomato sauce- 2 tbsp
- Green chilli- 2 (slit lengthwise)
- Pineapple- 1 cup (diced)
- Pepper- 1 tsp
Direction:
- Chop 1 inch pieces of tomatoes along with the paneer, pineapple & capsicum individually.
- Create paste of fresh cream & cashew-nuts.
- Now take a Chinese wok or kadai & heat oil on medium temperature.
- Add green chillies along with the chopped garlic & allow it to fry well (until it turns brown in colour).
- Pour the cashew paste & stir well.
- Add the chopped capsicum & stir again till it is done well.
- Now pour the tomatoes along with the pineapple.
- Stir well & add the salt, pepper, paneer & tomato sauce.
- Allow it to fry almost 5-8 minutes & then pour the sugar.
- Let it fry for almost 3-4 minutes & transfer it into a serving bowl.
- Before serving scatter 2 tbsp of cream on top of it.
