Pudding is quite an appreciable dessert among food lovers & when you make it with cottage cheese it will provide you with some overwhelming taste.
Ingredients:
- Paneer/cottage cheese- 250 gm
- Sugar- 2 cup
- Almond- ½ cup
- Fresh cream- 3 cup
- Cashew- ½ cup
- Milk- 1 litre
- Custard powder- 6 tsp
Direction:
- Firstly chop the paneer into cubes.
- Take a cup of milk & pour the custard powder into it.
- Mix well till it is dissolved completely.
- Now boil the leftover milk.
- When it begins to boil pour the sugar along with the melted custard powder.
- Stir well continuously till you get the thick texture.
- Now take it off from the temperature & allow it to cool down completely.
- Add the cubes of cottage cheese along with the cream.
- Beat the mixture well till you get the thick texture.
- Finely mince the cashews along with the almonds.
- Pour the custard into a plate or spangle & sprinkle the chopped almond along with cashew on the top.
- Place it into the refrigerator & serve it chilled.
