If you have invited vegetarian people for party & struggling with the preparation then try this paneer makhani. It will definitely please your guest.
Ingredients:
Paneer- 250 gm (cut into small cube)
Tomato puree- 200 gm
Fresh cream- 200 gm
Red chilli powder- As much heat you can enjoy
Butter- 3-4 tbsp
Kasuri methi/fenugreek leaves- 2 tbsp (dried)
Salt- As per taste
Garam masala powder- ½ tsp
Green chilli- 2-3
Coriander leaves- for garnish (optional)
Direction:
Take a frying pan & heat the butter.
Allow it to melt completely & add tomato puree, salt, kasuri methi, red chilli powder & green chillies.
Fry it for almost 5-8 minutes.
Now beat the fresh cream & pour.
Add garam masala powder & let it cook for almost 5 minutes.
Now pour the paneer pieces & allow it to cook for almost 5/6 minutes.
Remove from the heat & garnish the top with coriander leaves.
The tasty dish is all ready to enhance the party mood.
