If you are planning for a treat/party at your home & confused about what the appetizer would be then try this. This vegetarian appetizer can enhance your party mood. People will enjoy this light appetizer.
Ingredients:
Paneer- 250 gm
Oil- 3 tbsp
Gram flour (besan)- 1 cup
Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
Salt- As per taste
Green chilli (minced)- 1-2
Direction:
Take a medium size bowl & add all the ingredients except paneer.
Pour the mixture in a blender (food processer) & blend for 6-8 minutes.
Place the batter in a warm place for almost 20-25 minutes.
Make thick cubes of paneer.
Scatter chilli powder & salt on the cubes.
Place a kadai on medium temperature & heat oil.
Now plunge each paneer cube briefly into the batter.
Put in the kadai & fry until it turns golden brown in colour.
Remove from heat & place them on a paper towel (to absorb the excess oil).
You can serve it with onion rings or achar.
