For a breakfast sandwich this is always a good & easy option. Instead of using non veg items every day you can also try it with cottage cheese. It will make the full preparation tasty as well as healthy too.
Ingredients:
- Onion-1
- Green chillies-1-2
- Bread- 1 loaf
- Butter- As much required
- Paneer (cottage cheese)- ½ cup (grated)
- Salt- As per taste
- Red chili powder- As much heat you can enjoy
- Tomatoes- 1
Direction:
- Wash the tomatoes, onions & chilies well.
- Now mince them.
- Take a medium sized bowl & mix the minced vegetables with salt, paneer (grated) & red chilli powder.
- Place them separately.
- Take a bread slice & first butter them well.
- Now place the paneer mixture & use another bread slice to cover it.
- Place it in a sandwich toaster till it turns brown as well as crispy.
- You can serve it with ketchup or any other tasty sauce.
