Fruits are always good for your health, when your fruits presentation comes in different ways you will get great overall results.
Ingredients:
- Pineapple- 1 (small sized)
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder- 1 tbsp
- Oil- 3 tbsp
- Sugar- 2 tbsp
- Flour- 1 tsp
- Aniseed- 2 tsp
- Cumin seed- 2 tsp
- Fenugreek- ½ tsp
- Salt- As per taste
- Onion seeds- 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds- 2 tsp
Direction:
- Firstly chop the pineapple in small sized pieces.
- Take a frying pan & heat oil on medium temperature.
- Now pour half of the total quantity of cumin seeds along with the aniseed, fenugreek, mustard, salt & onion seeds.
- Stir for 2-3 minutes & then pour the pineapple pieces along with the salt, sugar, chilly powder, turmeric & water (2 cup).
- Allow it to cook till the pineapples are tender.
- If needed, you can pour more water.
- In a separate bowl combine the flour with water & pour the chutney.
- In another pan roast the remaining half spices & then crush them completely.
- Scatter the crusted spices into the chutney.
