For the festive season a single dessert recipe is not enough, so here is another mouth-watering sweet dish for you.
Ingredients:
- Skinned almonds/badam- 1 tbsp
- Milk- 4 cups
- Green cardamom- 1/2 tsp
- Sugar- As per sugar taste
- Pistachios (skinned) – 1tbsp (thinly sliced)
Direction:
- Pour the milk into a heavy bottom wide vessel.
- Let it boil over the high temperature & remember to stir continuously.
- Reduce the flame & allow the milk to cook to bring down the quantity as well as thicken (it will take almost 30-40 minutes) too.
- To avoid the burning bottom remember to stir constantly.
- Pour the cardamom along with sugar & nuts.
- Mix well & let it cool down completely.
- Now take the ramekins & add the mixture into those ramekins.
- Use the foil or plastic wrap to cover the ramekins & place it in your refrigerator for almost 6 hours.
- Take it off from your refrigerator & use a sharp knife to remove the kulfi from those ramekins.
- Place it on the serving plate & chop it into ¾ portions.
